All our pieces are made-to-order — meaning once you place your order, our team gets to work right away. We operate an inventory-free, sustainability-driven model.
Please allow 7–9 working days for production before dispatch.

Printed fabrics: Designs made using printed fabrics require an additional 3–5 working days for production due to the printing process. We promise it's worth the wait!

We always try our best to deliver sooner whenever possible.

Delivery Timeframes

Once your order is dispatched, delivery is handled via Quiqup or DHL Express:

  • UAE: 1–2 business days

  • Other GCC countries: 3 business days

  • UK: 4 business days

  • Rest of the world: 5–8 business days
