Refund policy
At (TAL) by The Abaya Lab, your satisfaction matters to us. If something isn’t quite right, we offer a simple and transparent return and exchange process for our ready-to-wear collections.
Returns & Exchanges
- Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 5 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, with all tags attached.
- Exchanges are available for a different size, colour, or product of equal value, subject to availability.

Refunds
- Once your return is approved and the item is received in acceptable condition, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Shipping fees, where applicable, are non-refundable.
Quality Concerns
We take great pride in the quality of our pieces. If your order arrives with a defect or damage, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll ensure the matter is resolved promptly, whether through a replacement or a refund.
Exceptions
Please note that the following items are not eligible for return or refund unless faulty:
- Custom-made or made-to-order pieces
- Gift cards
- Sale or discounted items, unless otherwise stated
- Items that have been worn, altered, washed, or damaged after delivery
For hygiene and quality reasons, we are unable to accept returns on items that do not meet the above conditions.
Any approved exceptions due to defects or errors will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Proof of purchase and clear images may be required.
