How long does production take?

All our pieces are made to order as part of our sustainable production approach. Please allow up to 7 business days for production before your order is dispatched.

How long does delivery take?

Once dispatched, orders are delivered via DHL Express within the following timeframes:

  • UAE: 1 business day
  • GCC: 3 business days
  • UK: 4 business days
  • Rest of the world: 5–8 business days

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide using DHL Express to ensure fast, reliable, and trackable delivery.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and with all tags attached.

How do I request a return or exchange?

You can initiate a return or exchange by:

Are there any exceptions?

Yes. Custom-made, altered, or final-sale items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How do The Abaya Lab Gift Cards work?

Our digital gift cards are delivered instantly by email and can be used across all TAL by The Abaya Lab collections.

How do I redeem a gift card?

Enter your gift card code in the “Discount code or gift card” field at checkout. The value will be automatically deducted from your total.

Do gift cards expire or have restrictions?

No. Gift cards never expire, require no sizing, and cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.

PAYMENTS & CHECKOUT

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and other secure payment methods available at checkout.

Can I use Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Cash on Delivery is available for select locations. Gift cards cannot be purchased using COD.

Why don’t I see a separate gift card field at checkout?

Gift cards are redeemed using the same field as discount codes. Simply enter your code in the “Discount code or gift card” box at checkout.
