Wear something fitted
Leggings and a close-fitting top. Not an abaya or anything loose: measuring close to the body is what makes the numbers accurate.
- A soft tape measure. The fabric kind, not a metal one.
- A friend, if you can. Shoulders and length are much easier with help.
- Your usual heels for the last step, if you wear them.
